I thrive on teaching–from curriculum design to implementation to assessment. I have designed curriculum and taught students in a variety of settings and institutions:
- junior high students
- writing tutors
- first year writing/composition
- upper division rhetoric and writing classes
- advanced writing for the disciplines
- student teachers
- graduate teaching assistants
As a Scholar of Teaching and Learning, I study learning and employ what I learn to improve my teaching as well as the teaching others do. It’s so fulfilling to see people blossom and develop confidence in their own abilities.
